Welcome to the Bioprocess Tools blog. This is where we’ll write about the applications we build, the science behind them, and how modeling can de-risk process development and manufacturing.
What we’re building
Bioprocess Tools builds modeling applications for bioprocess development, each targeting a real unit operation in the bioprocess train — buffers, bioreactors, UF/DF, chromatography, buffer-prep skids — and a workflow application that connects them end to end.
Under the hood, the apps share one calculation engine, written in Rust, so every app agrees on the chemistry. It is fast enough that you can ask “what if?” and get the answer while you are still thinking about the question.
