Questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign in with Google and start a 30-day trial of any app. There's no card to enter, and nothing is charged. When the trial ends the app stops opening until you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What if it isn't right for me?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or annual, and you'll get all of it back. The details are in our subscription and refund terms.
Can my company pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes, for annual plans. Email support@bioprocess-tools.com with the apps and the number of users, and we'll send a quote.
Who handles the payment?
Our online reseller, Paddle, runs the checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record: it processes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT, and sends the receipt and invoice.
I'm in the beta. What happens at launch?
Beta testers keep free use until public launch, and then get 30% off their first year on any plan, as thanks for the help. We'll email you before anything changes, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
